Service scope and nature
This Agreement is between you and ZHENHAI TRADE INC (operating as CARDPIE). By using the services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
CARDPIE is an aggregation and referral platform that helps you discover, compare, and apply for card products offered by third-party partners. We are not a bank and do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
KYC/AML and device authorization
3.1 Compliance reviews: To comply with applicable laws, we and our partners may conduct KYC identity verification, sanctions screening, and KYT transaction monitoring.
3.2 Device permissions: To complete these verification flows, you authorize the app to use your mobile device camera (to photograph ID documents) and photo library (to select stored ID images).
3.3 Network connectivity: You must maintain a stable internet connection (including Wi‑Fi or mobile data) for the services to function; you are responsible for any network charges.
3.4 Enforcement: If information is false, fraud risk is indicated, or you refuse to cooperate with verification, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Card products and risks
You must comply with partner terms. Digital assets involve volatility and irreversible transaction risks. We are not responsible for outages or failures of third parties (card networks, blockchains, etc.).
Fees and referral program
Fees may apply to the services and are generally non-refundable. Referral or distribution activities must comply with rules prohibiting spam and misleading promotion.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee absolute security or error-free operation. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the service fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Governing law and arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith; if not resolved, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, USA.
